DIY balloon pudding

I'm going to attempt to replicate a Japanese pudding that's contained in a balloon. To eat it, you must burst the balloon with a toothpick to reveal a sphere of pudding. New videos every Monday, Thursday, and Saturday!
Ingredients

1 envelope unflavored gelatin

50 ml condensed milk

200 ml whole milk

splash of vanilla

Preparation

In a small bowl combine gelatin with 50 ml of milk, stir. Allow to rest & bloom five minutes. In a small sauce pan combine the condensed milk with the remaining milk; heat on medium; & combine the bloomed gelatin until the gelatin is dissolved. Allow mixture to cool 15 minutes before filling balloons.
